Our policy on "Discontinuation and End of Software Support" has changed. Our 2024 ProAdvisor bundles will include support until May 31, 2025, or for the latest version available during the term of your active subscription. *REVENUE SHARE OFFER TERMS

Eligibility: QuickBooks Online Accountant ("QBOA") firms are eligible to apply to enroll in the "Revenue Share Program" and add and manage only new subscribers through "Add Client" for certain subscriptions ("Revenue Share Subscriptions") and add-ons ("Revenue Share Add-Ons").

Rev Share Subscriptions means the following QuickBooks services: QuickBooks Online Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, and Advanced; and QuickBooks Online Payroll Core, Premium, and Elite. The Rev Share Add-Ons means the per-employee fee and multi-state charge for QuickBooks Online Payroll. The Rev Share Subscriptions and Add-Ons do not include other optional add-on services for which Intuit charges a fee and is not already included in the base fee for the subscription.

Only one (1) QBOA user may enroll the QBOA firm in the Revenue Share Program. Intuit reserves the right to accept or decline any QBOA firm.

Offer Terms: Each Revenue Share Program participant is eligible to receive a 30% revenue share on the Rev Share Subscriptions and 15% revenue share on the Rev Share Add-Ons for the first 12 months of the paid subscription ("Rev Share Payment(s)"), starting from the date the client starts paying for the subscription. The first month of the Revenue Share Subscriptions and Revenue Share Add-Ons, starting from the date of enrollment in the subscription, is free. After the first month of the Rev Share Subscription, a 50% discount is applied to the then-current monthly list price for three (3) months, followed by the then-current list price. After the first month of the subscription, if the client enters their payment details and pays for the subscription, the firm is eligible to receive Rev Share Payments for the subsequent 12 months only. Each Rev Share Subscription must be client-billed, and cannot be paid for by the QBOA firm. Cannot be combined with any other Intuit offer. Offer valid for a limited time only, only in the U.S., and is non-transferable.

*MIGRATION ASSISTANCE OFFER TERMS

Free assisted migration and personalized setup from QuickBooks Desktop Pro, Premier, Mac, or Plus (“Desktop”) to QuickBooks Online Simple Start, Essentials, Plus or Advanced (“QuickBooks Online”), or QuickBooks Desktop Payroll, Payments, or Time to QuickBooks Online Payroll, Payments, or Time is available to customers who sign up for assisted migration or personalized setup to QuickBooks Online by July 17, 2024 and is subject to support capacity. Customers must initiate a migration meeting by July 31, 2024. The assisted migration offer is eligible to Desktop customers that are migrating their data and setting up QuickBooks Online. The personalized setup offer is eligible to Desktop customers that are migrating their data, as well as those customers who elect not to migrate their data, who are starting new QuickBooks Online accounts, and setting up QuickBooks Online. Personalized setup is limited to a 1-hour session with a customer success product expert. Intuit reserves the right to limit the number of sessions and the length and scope of each session. 1. QuickBooks Pro, Premier and Enterprise now utilize 256-bit encryption. It applies to local data files, data hosted remotely in the cloud, or data backed up online via the cloud.

2. Only available versions 23.0 or higher.

3. Report “Inventory Stock Status by Lot Numbers” only available with QuickBooks Enterprise Platinum, Diamond and Accountant subscriptions.

4. The Accountant Toolbox feature is available to Accountants who have QuickBooks Accountant Desktop. The Accountant must be using the latest QuickBooks Accountant Desktop and the Client must be using the latest QuickBooks Pro Plus or Premier Plus.

5. Works with Accountant Copy files from QuickBooks Pro, Pro Plus, Premier, Premier Plus, and Premier Industry Editions 2020-2023. Payroll transactions cannot be adjusted. Not all fields can be accessed in QuickBooks 2019, 2020, and 2021 files; including 1099 Account Mapping and modify and merge class lists. Previous versions of Accountant's Copy restricted reconciliation after dividing date. Additional fees apply for file transfer services across Intuit servers.

6. Up to 3 monitors supported. Not available in a hosted environment.

7. Multi-Instance applies to two different QuickBooks files being open concurrently. Does not allow the same QuickBooks file to be open concurrently. Available in QuickBooks Accountant Desktop 2020-2023 and QuickBooks Accountant Enterprise 2020-2023. Some restrictions apply in either the first instance, second instance, or both instances of QuickBooks files.

8. Licenses are available in single-user increments from 1 to 10 users or up to 40 users. Fees apply.

9. QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise allows you to add up to one million names (e.g., customers, vendors, employees) and up to one million items (e.g., inventory, non-inventory, and service items). Some performance degradation is likely as your lists approach these size thresholds.

10. Cloud Access: The Cloud access service is a monthly subscription. Each month, your account will be automatically charged the agreed-upon price of the service unless and until you cancel. Cancel at any time by calling Intuit at 800-300-8179, prior to your monthly renewal date. When a customer calls to cancel, it is canceled and refunded at the date through the end of the current billing period. The QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise software portion of the QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise with cloud access bundle is an annual subscription.If you choose to purchase QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise using the Monthly Payment Plan or QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise with cloud access, you elect to pay your annual subscription in equal payments over the course of 12 months. Purchasing an annual subscription for QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise commits you to a 12 month term. You must pay for all 12 months of the subscription in full based on the then current rate of QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise. If you choose to cancel inside the first 60 days, you can opt to receive a refund per the 60 day money back guarantee (see https://quickbooks.intuit.com/software-licenses/ for details). However, if you choose to cancel after the first 60 days and prior to the end of month 12 you will be subject to a termination fee equal to the amount of monthly payments left on your annual subscription. For purpose of clarity, if you pay for 6 months and have 6 months remaining on your annual subscription, which starts at date of enrollment, you will be charged a termination fee equal to the then current monthly fee of QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise multiplied by 6 months (remaining months left on annual subscription).

Right Networks: Support for QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise with cloud access is provided by Right Networks. A valid QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise license code must be provided to Right Networks to receive support. Right Networks performs backups of all cloud access data on a nightly basis and retains the back-ups for a rolling 90-day period in a protected offsite facility as an additional level of protection. There is no limitation to the size of a customer’s back-up. Customers are responsible for verifying the integrity of the hosted data at least every 90 days. Right Networks employs Snapshot technology to backup customer data. Snapshots are taken daily and then replicated to another physical Right Networks facility for Disaster Recovery. Right Networks uses top-tier data centers and multiple layers of redundancy within its infrastructure to provide 24×7 availability. However, availability can vary, is subject to occasional downtime and may change without notice. Right Networks encrypts all backup files and backup tapes. Virtual desktop connections are protected via TLS with a minimum of 128 bit encryption and authentication. Each customer has a unique Right Networks virtual desktop. Access to each QuickBooks company file is controlled at multiple layers including file access permissions. Access is locked out after multiple failed login attempts for the same user. Security features, functionality and access are subject to change without notice as deemed necessary by Right Networks. Availability can vary and are subject to occasional downtime and may change without notice. Right Networks may offer third party software, separate terms and fees may apply.

Remote Desktop Services compliant: QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise is Remote Desktop Services compliant. Microsoft Server operating systems, Microsoft Windows Server software licenses, and Remote Desktop Services Server Client Access Licenses, sold separately. For multiple cloud access users, a Remote Desktop Services Client Access License is required for each user. Additional fees may apply. Requires certain hardware.

11. QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Enhanced is included in the Gold and Platinum subscriptions. Active subscription, Internet access and Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) required. Direct deposit is free for employees. Additional fees may apply for direct deposit for vendors. QuickBooks Enhanced Payroll requires a supported version of Windows Enterprise Solutions updated to the most current maintenance release. QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise supports over 100,000 employees, customers, vendors and other names combined. However, performance may slow when processing files containing more than 100 employees. Support is available Monday-Friday, 6AM to 5PM Pacific Time. Available to U.S. customers with active subscriptions to QuickBooks Gold or Platinum Edition. 15. Industry-specific editions for Manufacturing & Wholesale, Nonprofit, Contractor, and Retail have all the key features of the standard edition of QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise plus additional reports and tools tailored to the industry type. Unit of Measure feature not included in the Retail edition. Billing Rate Levels only available in Premier Professional Services, Contractor, and Accountant Editions; not available in Premier, Nonprofit, Manufacturing & Wholesale, and Retail editions.9.

E-commerce integration requires an active and current version subscription of QuickBooks Premier Plus or Enterprise and a separate Webgility e-commerce account subscription. E-commerce integration subscription will be billed directly from Webgility. Your Webgility account will automatically be charged the package price on a monthly or annual basis, starting at sign up, until you cancel. To cancel your e-commerce subscription at any time, log into your Webgility account customer portal or contact Webgility customer success team at customersuccess@webgility.com or by call 877.753.5373 ext. 2. Your cancellation will become effective at the end of the monthly billing period and your subscription will terminate at that time. You will not receive a prorated refund; your access and subscription benefits will continue for the remainder of the billing period. Cancellation or termination of QuickBooks will not automatically cancel your Webgility subscription.

17. Based on standard list price for 1-user license of each accountant version of QuickBooks Accountant. Must be an active and current QuickBooks ProAdvisor and can be downloaded once per year only.
