There is no lock in contracts. You pay a month at a time, and you can cancel whenever you like. If you cancel part way through a month, we'll automatically refund a pro-rata refund to cover the rest of the month you've already paid for.

When you sign up for the first time we'll create a QuickBooks Online user account, using the same login you can create as many company files as you need using the same email address. Just select 'already have an Intuit user ID' from after choosing your plan.

You can always upgrade to a higher plan. Once you upgrade your company data will be upgraded to enable the feature set available on the higher plan. Once your file is upgraded to a higher feature set plan, you will not be able downgrade to lower plan. For this, we recommend that you choose a lower plan if you're unsure, you can always upgrade later.

Data files can be converted from the Australian versions of Reckon Accounts 2014 or earlier (including Reckon Hosted), Reckon QuickBooks 2009 or later, MYOB AccountRight Enterprise, Premier V19 and earlier (.myo file type) and Xero to QuickBooks Online Essentials & QuickBooks Online Plus. Free data import is provided by Odyssey Resources, for a limited time.

All QuickBooks Online invoices are sent to the email address of the master administrator account.

Add intuit@Intuit.notifications.com to your Safe Senders list in your email inbox so that your QuickBooks Online invoices don't get sent to junk mail.

Login to QuickBooks Online > Gear icon at top-right > Manage users > Select Master admin > Edit > Change the email address > Save

You can select the Buy Now promotion only if you skip the 30 day free trial. Discounts are not applicable to the 30 day free trial account. If you wish to subscribe to your 30 day free trial account, you need to login to your QuickBooks Online account > Gear icon at top-right > Your account > Subscribe and enter your credit card information.

Now since there are two accounts, you can either cancel the Buy Now account or the 30 day free trial account. If you do not enter credit card information in to your 30 day free trial account, it will simply expire at the end of the trial.
