Priority Circle includes $3,000 worth of QuickBooks training courses for new and advanced users. Each focused, self-paced module is available online 24/7. You and your team can take as many courses as you like.

Once you’re signed in to the Priority Circle resource center, click on “Training Dashboard” at the top of the page. You will automatically see the courses for your QuickBooks product. With Priority Circle, all training courses are accessible online at your own pace.

No. Priority Circle is included at no extra charge to customers located in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who have an active, paid subscription to QuickBooks Enterprise or QuickBooks Online Advanced. When customers no longer have an active, paid subscription, they will not be eligible to receive benefits.

Priority Circle is a benefit included in your subscription to QuickBooks Enterprise or QuickBooks Online Advanced. If you’re unsure what version of QuickBooks you use, see the instructions below.

• For QuickBooks desktop users, follow the instructions in this article to find your product name. QuickBooks Enterprise customers are eligible for Priority Circle.
• For QuickBooks Online users, follow the instructions in this article to find your product version. QuickBooks Online Advanced customers are eligible for Priority Circle.

Priority Circle benefits lasts as long as you have an active, paid subscription to QuickBooks Enterprise or QuickBooks Online Advanced.

• QuickBooks Online Advanced users: Select sign in at the top of this page and enter your QuickBooks username and password. You can also go to My Experts from the dashboard in QuickBooks and select Priority Circle.
• QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise users: Select sign in at the top of this page and enter the Intuit username and password associated with your QuickBooks account. If you don’t already have an Intuit login, you may create one by selecting create an account. Be sure to use the email you use for QuickBooks.
