If you have questions about QuickBooks Time while you’re using QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Online Payroll, you can access QuickBooks Time support.
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online, and select Help.
- Select Search, then search the QuickBooks knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us.
- Find and select the Tracking time tile.
- Choose a way to connect with us:
- Have us call you to get a callback from the next available expert.
- Chat with us to chat with a support expert.
- Ask the community to get help from businesses like yours.

Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM PT
- Sign in to QuickBooks Time and select Find answers and get help .
- Enter your concern, then select Contact Us.
- Choose a way to connect with us:
- Chat with us to chat with a support expert.
- Have us call you to get a callback from the next available expert.
- Ask the community to get help from businesses like yours.
Contact us through QuickBooks Workforce
If you're an employee using QuickBooks Workforce, there are a couple ways to get help, depending on what need.
- On your Android or iOS device, if you haven't already, sign in to your QuickBooks Workforce account.
- Select Settings or More, then Settings.
- Select Help:
- If you have a question about pay stubs or W-2s, under Pay, select Contact us. This is chat support only.
- If you have a question about time tracking, under Time tracking, select Contact us. Choose one of the help options, then select Contact QuickBooks Workforce support.
