Didn't receive your Continuing Professional Education (CPE) or Continuous Education (CE) certificate after completing a QuickBooks ProAdvisor or Intuit Accountant training event? You can request a reissue of your certificate by sending an email. Here’s how:
- Create an email with the following info:
- Your first and last name
- Email address used to register for the event
- Date of the event
- Course title of the training session you attended
- Send the email to the training session you took part in.
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor: accountant_training@intuit.com
- Intuit Accountants: pcgtraining@intuit.com
If you don't receive a response after 3 business days, check your junk or spam folder. If you still don't see our email, reach out to a Support expert.

- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Go to Help (?).
- Select Contact Us, and give us a short description of your concern.
- Select Continue.
- Select your preferred way to connect.

You can call us at 800-446-8848. Our schedules are Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM and Saturday, 6 AM to 3 PM PT, for Silver and Gold. And 24 hrs/day, 7 days/week for Platinum and Elite.
